It was while building million dollar homes along the Chattahoochee River with his father-in-law’s company that the construction bug bit Scott.  “In the past ten years I’ve had the opportunity to work with some of Atlanta’s finest craftsmen and learn some amazing things about the building industry in Georgia,” says Scott.

“Scott needs to be cloned!”

After building his own home in one of Duluth’s most prestigious river front communities Scott was eager for a new challenge. The best friend of one of The Providence Groups top sales agents persuaded Scott to join the team in April of 2005.  “Because of the high standards that The Providence Group demands and the reputation for quality that Jolly Development is known for, the opportunity was a perfect fit.” explains Scott.

Working with two of our most respected builders Wimpy Dennis and Matt Joyce at the Villages at Huntcrest, Scott was able to apply his keen eye and attention to detail almost immediately, which helped make Huntcrest our top selling subdivision for 2006.  After only nine months he was promoted to Project Manager overseeing all construction at the Villages at Huntcrest.

“I’ve always felt a need to challenge myself, in everything I do, and working with the Providence Group has not only been challenging but educational. In the past year alone I’ve had the opportunity to work with some of the top builders in the entire southeast right here at The Providence Group.”  His energy and personality are truly unique and we look forward to applying his talents to a number of future projects.  “I truly believe you can build an affordable home without sacrificing quality or customer satisfaction.”  And every day Scott brings this commitment to the communities he oversees.

Scott and his wife, Sam, live in Duluth with their daughter Reese.  In his free time he enjoys working in the yard and listening to music in his basement disco.
