Bernie Knoll
As a member of The Providence Group's builder team, Bernie Knoll applies his life-long passion for construction to his work on a daily basis. Growing up in New Jersey as the son of a heavy equipment mechanic and one of eight children, he learned the importance of working hard. Pursuing concrete, roofing and finished carpentry projects at an early age, Bernie instinctively knew that the construction industry was where he belonged.
While studying for a degree in Technology Education at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, Knoll continued to build cabinets and run trim for local contractors to make ends meet. After earning his diploma, he taught architectural drafting and design in the Knoxville school system but soon wanted to return to onsite construction work. He began managing commercial and residential construction projects and ultimately accepted a position with a major residential homebuilder in Atlanta in 1998.
His participation in the metro Atlanta real estate market has allowed Knoll to oversee the construction of numerous single-family residences and multi-family buildings. His extensive experience in the construction industry is a great asset to The Providence Group, where his contributions as a Construction Manager allow the company to provide homebuyers with an unparalleled level of quality and unmatched affordability.
Bernie is married to Tammy, his wife, and has three children Taira, Matthew and Michael.
