Warren Jolly
Warren Jolly began his homebuilding career at age 16, while still in High School, under the watchful eye of his father. This opportunity for Warren to build homes under his father’s guidance and knowledge was the catalyst allowing Warren to define his career at an early age. By the time he was 18 years old, he had completed the first house totally under his own supervision, an accomplishment that was featured in the Atlanta Journal Constitution.
Warren entered Auburn University with the intent of studying civil engineering. However, given his already significant experience and his inclination for practical application Warren changed his major to Building Construction. Following graduation he teamed up with his father and entered the land development and building business officially establishing Jolly Development Corporation, Inc. The father-son team was in operation and quickly directed their attention to the innovative design of communities with the satisfaction of and livability for the end user foremost in mind. Some communities were specifically designed for single family use, others were for mixed use, combining living, play and work environments but the customer satisfaction approach never changed.
Warren’s ability to identify and factor customer needs into the process of land planning, product design and implementation allowed him to adapt his communities to meet those needs years in advance of other developer/builders. This basic philosophy has also been a contributing factor in Warren’s ability to work successfully with neighborhood groups, zoning officials and governmental staff personnel to gain support and approval for his proposed communities. Warren’s belief in doing what you say has laid the foundation for his continued success and it is his sincere belief that integrity and reputation are the critical components in his development and building company. To augment and improve his ability to deliver quality housing Warren has now established a homebuilding division known as The Providence Group, now the builder in all Jolly Communities.
Today, Warren has his finger on the pulse of what is happening with land use, development and housing trends. His integrity and vision continue to keep Jolly Development and The Providence Group on the leading edge of land development and building in the metropolitan area.
Warren currently resides in Duluth, Ga. with his wife, Kim, and three children, Kendall, Kayla and Cole.
