Village Homes are 2- and 3-story townhomes that are built in 2 unique floor plans. Homes are approximately 2100 to 3000 sq. ft. Each plan has 3 to 4 bedrooms and offer large walk in closets, open floor plans, separate dining rooms, private backyards, and finished basements.
Traditional Townhomes
Traditional Townhomes are 3-story classically inspired townhomes that are built in 2 unique floor plans. Homes are approximately 2150 sq. ft. Each plan has 2 bedrooms with the option of a 3rd and some floor plans offer separate sunrooms, formal dining rooms and decks.
