ATLANTA – Approximately 120 agents attended an agent luncheon held at The Providence Group’s Jamestown on February 26. Located in Alpharetta, Jamestown is a new mixed-use community with luxury townhomes and single-family homes. The community offers fabulous perks, including an Alpharetta address with low South Forsyth County taxes and a new upscale mall which will be located across the street from the community. Jamestown will be comprised of two neighborhoods - The Parc and The Overlook – which combined will offer 20 different floorplans at a variety of price points. The luncheon was catered by Jason’s Deli and all in attendance enjoyed sandwiches, pasta salad and dessert. Sponsors for the event were Countrywide and Craig Bland, a representative from Countrywide.
The Parc at Jamestown will consist of 162 two-story Courtyard Townhomes and 44 three-story Traditional Townhomes. Within The Overlook, there will be 120 single-family homes, some of which will offer basements, masters on the main and second story lofts. All of the homes will incorporate a variety of traditional elevations including brick, siding and stone with carriage-style garage doors providing unparalleled style and charm.
The charm of the community will continue on into the homes as well. Travel 1.3 miles on Windward Parkway, and turn left onto Windward Concourse. Follow Windward Concourse for 0.4 miles, and make a right onto McGinnis Ferry Road. The entrance to Jamestown is on the right at the intersection of Union Hill Road.
