Warranty Information

At The Providence Group, we want you to have total peace of mind when it comes to the quality of your new home.  That is why we provide each new homeowner with a Builder Limited One-Year Warranty. 

At closing, you will receive a copy of the Limited One-Year Warranty and the Homeowner’s Handbook.  It is important that you clearly understand the terms, conditions and exclusions of the warranty and your responsibilities as a homeowner.  The Limited Warranty states that during the first year you own your home the builder will repair or replace defective materials and/or workmanship as outlined in the Homeowner Handbook and Limited Warranty.

These documents also clearly state what qualifies as a warranty repair and those that are the homeowner’s responsibility.  In addition, they cover important steps for making a Warranty Service Request.
