The Home Owner Handbook is a guide to owning and maintaining your new home. Each new homeowner is given a copy of the handbook at closing. It is published by the Greater Atlanta Homebuilder’s Association and outlines the construction process as well as post-construction issues such as repair and warranty responsibilities.
The electronic version of this guide is for reference only. It can be saved to your computer; however, printing of this document is not permitted.
