The 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty^® is administered by the Home Buyers Warranty Corporation. At closing you will receive a Certificate of Warranty Coverage, which explains the Limited Warranty in detail. 

It’s important to note the difference between repairs covered under warranty and regular maintenance repairs.  The warranty does not cover repairs such as changing light bulbs or air conditioning filters.  It also does not cover appliances, as they come with a manufacturer’s warranty (which was given to you at closing).

Repairs to be covered under warranty must first be submitted in writing to The Providence Group, LLC., ATTN: Tommy Steadman, 3935 Lakefield Court, Suwanee, Georgia 30024 or via the electronic form provided here or via fax at 1-678-302-4486.
